Niseko is certainly one of Japan's prime 5 resorts. Pre-loaded with an efficient pick up system, mostly gondolas along with covered chairlifts so even on the most extreme blizzard days, you can ride in comfort. Bad weather doesn't mean bad awareness in Niseko, as the resort has an abundance of tree runs and being lacking in altitude it not often experiences true whiteout conditions which might be often found in North american or European major resorts of higher altitude.

Niseko consists of 5 different major resorts: Annupuri, Higashiyama, Hirafu, Hanazono along with Moiwa. The SkiJapan. com lift pass provides entry to 4 of this 5, the just exception being Moiwa, a smaller resort on this western side involving Annapuri. Hirafu is where nearly all our customers be, with easy entry to Annupuri, Higashiyama and Hanazono from the the surface of the mountain or by simply shuttle bus by Hirafu.

The resort of Niseko will be our base inside Hokkaido. We have full-time staff there which will meet you in the airport, arrange the lift passes, show you where to ride or ski, take someone to onsens (hot springs) and still provide advice as you may need it. Japan is a thrilling time if you do it the correct way, and in Niseko currently the infrastructure to generate your holiday because easy and fun as it can be. We have established tour offices having bilingual staff open 1 week a week. Put together with resort reps, hill staff, transport workers, ski school along with rental staff currently a full english speaking support program.

Night Skiing

One of the best kept secrets about Japan may be the night skiing. Niseko has reputedly the best lit area inside Japan. The locals don't go out much at night but this is the best time to look riding. The mountain has a whole different look and its an amazing knowledge to snowboard within the moonlight. Almost the complete mountain is lit up during the night and the light-weight even penetrates over the trees making for some challenging skiing as well as riding.

Lifts are open up until 9pm each night of the week in Niseko. It is a powder hound's fantasy. All our pick up passes include evening skiing or boarding.

Niseko has an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and tours readily available. Onsens are a must when visiting Niseko, which you could relax with this locals and take in the serenity. Time tours to Sapporo, including the Annual Ice Festivity, the seaside town of Otaru, or some social activities within Hirafu allows you to have a wide holiday experience.
